  • 1 tbsp honey (or as desired)
  • 1/2–1 cup of ice

Procedure:

  • In a small glass, combine the chia seed and water.
  • Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Blend the chia mixture with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve right away.
